We are seeking a dynamic & high-energy individual who can head our Mobile Sales Department within the FMCG sector.
Qualities such as excellent leadership skills, the drive to accomplish above and beyond, and a passion to make the business succeed are absolutely vital for this role.
To sell company products whilst maintaining aggressive financial returns, finding and winning new customers and maintaining existing customer accounts. Monitor product distribution in assigned area. Develop fruitful working relationships with customers including wholesalers, shops, businesses manufacturers and individuals to ensure the very best reputation within the industry.
The successful candidate must be capable of radical thinking and must excel in a high-pressure, hands-on environment
Full responsibility for driving sales and profits through exceeding sales targets
Customer relationship management - face-to-face or via phone
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments.
Promoting new products and any special deals.
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
Timely reporting to HO
Providing feedback on competitor activities and sales trends.
Ensuring and maintaining an accurate record of Sales and expenses budget within your territory.
Maintaining firm control on the stocks to avoid theft and pilferage.
