We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager who is self motivated and has a proven track record of marketing and business development within the FMCG sector.
The ideal candidate will hold ultimate responsibility for the organization's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Product/Brand strategy.
Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing (Audio, video, print) and PR.
Working closely with sales team(all sales mechanisms) enabling them to exceed their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools and materials.
Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
Ensuring that the market objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.

Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial/leadership experience
A successful track record of designing and delivering successful marketing initiatives.
Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills with the ability to identify and match products with new and existing customers
First class communication skills and the ability to operate professionally and effectively at all levels.
Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience
Ability to develop fresh approaches and innovate as appropriate
Formal presentation skills
Excellent commercial awareness
