Procurement Supervisor, Expediting Coordinator & Senior Buyer (Kazakhstan)

We are  looking for the following specialists to work in Almaty (5 days on/ 2 days off):

1. Senior Buyer

 REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

·         Higher Education, IPMA certification is a plus

·         Min. 3-5 years of mining procurement experience

·         Russian, English- fluent, Kazakh is a plus

·         Knowledge of subsoil procurement rules 

·         Proficient in NADLOG.

2. Expediting Coordinator

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

·         Higher education

·         2-3 years of mining or projects materials expediting experience

·         Mining or projects background or mine site exposure is an advantage

·         Knowledge of MSDS, Inspection and Testing activities/ reports and INCOterms.

3. Procurement Administration Supervisor

·         Higher education

·         3-5 years of experience in Administration and/or Supervisory role within international companies

·         Knowledge of all SCM processes and procedures

·         Experience in project management is an advantage

·         Knowledge and experience in large global corporation and their processes and procedures

·         Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills , and  deductive reasoning skills

·         Knowledge and experience in analysis, reporting, performance measurement, knowledge management, and best practices benchmarking

·         Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
