Assess and target market opportunities, build data of customers, initiate contracts with potential clients and book business orders.
Managing customer relationships and having good communication skills.
Must be result oriented and customer focused attitude.
Must have functional & technical skills of industrial catering services.

3. Quality Controller :- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Food Safety & Audits related to Catering Service
Industries.
Implement and maintenance of an effective quality control programs for the catering operations.
Implement and set standards for quality, health and safety.
Ensure effective implementation of all strategic plans and take preventive as well as corrective actions.
Implement corrective actions procedures on non-confirming services or materials.
Standard quality specification of material to be listed and monitor for the product quality.
Conduct internal quality audit for kitchen and dining hall services.

Establish cleaning program, procedures and the record use to monitor the sanitation standard operating procedures to keep the environment and facilities in a clean condition.
