Core Responsibilities & Accountability
1- Working with Enterprise IT Divisions Business Partners in the development of initial high-level requirements that can be used for the purpose of solution feasibility studies, scoping exercises and estimation by project managers and senior IT Managers.
3- Plays a significant role in building awareness across the enterprise technology organisation relative to the strategic and tactical landscape, the challenges and business pressures; as experienced within Insurances business units.
4- Plays a crucial supporting role in partnering with Enterprise Technology and its business partners; throughout every stage of the technology implementation life-cycle (TILC & SDLC)
5- Position the Enterprise PMO to become the Go-To organisation for all internal business partners; as opposed to being perceived as a bureaucratic overhead that delivers little value.
6- Responsible for authoring, maintaining and change management of all business analysis related document artifacts.
7- Builds highly effective relationships inside the business community as well as enterprise technology, finance, HR and all other divisions of the organisation.
8.- Creates traceability [or requirements] across all stages of SDLC or TILC; including but not limited to:- Scope, BRDs, Test Plans, Test cases, UAT.
o Scope definition
o Feasibility study
o Business Case
o Business Requirements Document (BRD or BSD)
In-depth experience of technology implementation processes including but not limited to:-
o SDLC: Software development life-cycle
o IT Infrastructure compliance
o IT Quality assurance, systems integration testing, UAT etc.
o ITIL
Advanced level user of Microsoft office tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
