Overall in-charge for Elevator & Escalator Operations of the Company. Oversee the activities of all divisions of Elevators & Escalator business of the company by monitoring performance, work progress and set objectives achievement

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Commercial Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Contracts Negotiation, Technical evaluation etc.,
Control and meet assigned budget and business plan
Provide leadership to achieve maximum profitability and future growth of the Elevator Division
Implement Installation and After Sales strategies and policies
Set division objectives, lead and develop a high-performing team by coaching team members and acting as a role model
Ensure all divisions synchronize their activities and cooperate with each other to ensure synergy, smooth work flow and customer satisfaction
Involve in budgeting, cost control measures to the operations and management reporting
Monitoring the performance of all sections of Elevators & Escalators operations - such as Sales, Installation, Maintenance & Repair and provide input to ensure objectivities are achieved
Manage resources to minimize costs, maximize productivity and achieve customer satisfaction objectives
Lead efforts to continuously improve relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all levels and points of contact
Able to provide leadership and formulate action plans for improvements
Prepare and carry out department managers meetings
