Mine Manager for Indonesia

Experience: 15 to 20 yrs.

• The Mining Manager will be responsible for overall operations of the mine. 
• The key responsibilities will include - long term, medium term and short term mine planning; production scheduling and supervision including in-pit supervision; stockpile management and quality control
• Cost reduction and system improvements; contract and vendor management; HSE, community development, and regulatory compliance & MIS reports and administration.

1. B.E (Mining Engineering)/ Mines Manager (Coal) Certificate or any similar certificate from DGMS.
2. 15 years of experience in coal mining with a minimum 5 years in open cast mines & atleast 5 years of experience as a project in charge. 
3. Experience in operating Minex Software/ or any other recognized software for planning.
4. Experience in regulatory compliance, HSE, and community development.
