Roles & Responsibilities

• Will work with Senior Officer on all confidential executive hires. 
• Has to be a good recruitment expert with focus on followups and closing of positions.
• Has to be a confidential person with good experience on managing senior talent hires.
• Skilled in designing and conducting assessment centers.

Skills Required

• Language to be known Urdu / Arab Mandatory 
• Multi lingual preferred. 
• Should be well versed in aptitude (ie SHL) and personality tests (Hogan, etc.).
