Experience: 3 to 8 yrs.
Correspond with all division managers and find out the stock that needs to be procured for retailing.
All the items purchased need to be coded and posted in the accounting package of the company on a timely basis.
Ensures security of Company Purchase Orders and controls all quotations, requisitions and preparation of purchase orders.
Through coordination with Divisional Managers, ensures efficient and the most cost effective supply of machine spares and maintenance materials
Oversee and ensure that matters relating to creditors are well attended to, and ensure all pending matters are properly documented and followed through.
