Fire Protection Engineer
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs.
Experience in Fire protection design, coordination with multi discipline designers, participating FAT, SAT and site inspection.
Responsibility :
Provide fire protection engineering services to assigned projects, develop philosophies, calculations, specifications, and drawings
Main Job & Duties :-
- Fire protection system P&IDs (fire water supply and distribution, water spray, deluge, foam, clean agent)
- Fire protection equipment layout plans, safety equipment location plans
- Specifications for fire protection systems, fire and safety equipment, fire truck, life saving equipment
- Provide requirements to related discipline and review multi discipline data; Assist piping, instrument, mechanical and electrical designers in generation drawings and models and bulk material/take offs
- Provide procurement and inspection support; producing technical bid evaluations of vendor quotations and making recommendations for vendor award; review vendor data and bill of material
- Provide guidance on compliance with company standards and country legislation relating to Fire Safety and obtaining project and customer approval
Knowledge and experience with PIPENET hydraulic calculation software, NFPA code and BS, API, EN and other international recognized code and practices for fire protection and life saving design
B.E (MECH / CHEMICAL) At least 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical as Fire Protection Engineer. Shall carryout independently all his duties.
Candidate with experience with Korean EPC companies or Major international EPC companies are preferred
Age 30 to 44. Good English, Health and relevant PC experience. Passport holder.
Process Engineer
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs.
Experience in process design engineering (conceptual, FEED, detailed) in large/medium scale projects.
Responsibilities :-
- Provide project technical execution services
- Process Engineering Design
- FEED and Detail Engineering
Possess practical knowledge in using software such as ASPEN HYSYS, PRO II, FLARENET, PIPEPHASE
- Experience in refining and FCC processes preferred.
Main Job & Duties :-
- "Preparation of Design basis, Process Description, PFD's, H&M balance, Control scheme, Process & Utility P&ID's, Utility balance & diagram,
- Cause & Effect chart, Performance Test Procedure and O&M Manual."
- Preparation of process and mechanical design specifications & list of process equipment, lines and instruments.
- Sizing of PSV's, Line and Pressure drop calculations, Hydraulic calculation, Flare load calculation, Blowdown calculation.
- Preparation and maintenance of piping and instrument diagrams, participation or lead in screening meetings and communications with other disciplines to verify and ensure that process
- Participation in HAZOP & SIL Study and HAZOP close-out
- Participation in FAT & SAT of DCS/ESD
