Experience: 4 to 9 yrs.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Leading the delivery of recruitment services to their client based in France
2. Should be able to work with their offshore sourcing team, sourcing directly and managing the end to end recruitment process
3. Should be able to manage relationships with the key client stakeholders & provide quality service
4. Will be responsible for delivering against the key Service Level Agreements for the nominated account.
5. Incumbent will be directly reporting to the Global RPO Delivery Director
6. Industry Experience: He/She should be from RPO / Information Services / IT / ITES / Financial Services
7. Compensation is NOT A CONSTRAINT for the RIGHT candidate.

Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate+ MBA/PGDM prefered with around 4-9 years experience (Minimum 4 years in Corporate) across seniorities
2. Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience desirable
