Degree in Civil Engineer.

Job Description : 

With a track record in Planning large scale of building projects. The candidate should be fully conversant with precedence networking, with full working knowledge and proved usage of Primavera P6 Software.

Experience in planning multi-projects with resource and cost loading, setting up and maintaining critical path networks, including updating, reporting and implementation of logic and resource changes, as required.

A proven knowledge and experience in contractual matters, such as Analysis of Disruption and extension of time application and presentation. Capable of leading team of planners on project site.

Position ref: NOC5 : Dy Manager QA/QC ( 10-15 years experience of which 5 -10 years in GCC countries).

Assisting the QA/QC Manager in Quality assurance (QA), Quality Control(QC), Technical submissions, effective implementation of project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, co-ordination with client / consultants, QA/QC audits and records, mentoring project QA/QC team members, scheduling inspection etc.,

Position ref : NOC6 - QA /QC Manager Top Urgent: (15-20 yearss experience of which 5-10 year in GCC countries).

Position ref : NOC1 : Civil - Project Manager

Extensive experience in all types of building constructions with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with wide knowledge of all levels, of project operations, resources planning, cost control, commercial, Quality & HSE related in gulf.

Executing the project on time, safely, within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract specifications.
Ensuring that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project.
Issuing instructions to the the sub contractor advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of work.

Position ref : NOC2 : Civil - Construction Manager (15-20 years experience of which 5 - 10 years in GCC Countries).

Degree in Civil Engineer

Job Description : Responsible for Managing all aspects of construction in accordance with drawing, specs, schedule, QA/QC plan, HSE plan and productivity benchmarks. Excellent resource management skills, required. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to liase with consultants and sub-contractors. Must assume ownership of responsibility for his assigned scope of works.

Position ref : NOC3 : Sub Contractor Co-ordinator ( 15-20 years experience of which 5-10 years in GCC Countries).

Job Description : A Sub-Coordinator / Manager with experience in all types of building construction and infra works with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well versed in managing subcontractors on a large scale construction project. Shall assume ownership of responsibility with regardsto sub-contractor issues and performance the project.
