Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full spectrum of human resources functions and operations.
- Preferably a generalist with good knowledge in recruitment, training and education, compensation and benefits and talent management.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures and to constantly review as per the requirement of the organization and keep it up-to-date.
- Provide monthly reporting of HR reports like manpower movements, attrition rate, late coming, medical analysis, payroll analysis and also tracking and monitoring methodology etc.
- Manage and monitoring strategy for HR Management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and condition, contracts, training and development succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
- Review and authenticate HR Department documents related to legal, payroll and distribution, policies etc.
- Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring the annual appraisal are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
- Monitory for the Time Management System and Payroll System t o ensure monthly payroll is accurately prepared on time.
- Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with any legal or date protection policies.
- Develop and implement of company SOP manuals.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned as requested by the management.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer literate, and must be excellent in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power point, MS Word.
- Required language: English
- Minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience in similar role is required for this position.
- Hands on, high attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
