Mexican Chef


Experience: 6 to 10 yrs.


* Responsible for handling daily kitchen work.
* Responsible for overseeing other cooks.
* Responsible to provides specific training and directions to staff in regard to cooking and preparing each menu item.

* Should have minimum 5 years of experience.
* Should have good communication skills.
* should be able work under pressure.
* Should be able to work in an team.

Assistant Mexican Cook


Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.

* To clean all types of utensils & Equipment.
*­ To maintain Hygiene in the kitchen.
* To help the commis according to the guidelines of Head cook.
* Responsible for cutting & chopping for Mexican dishes.

*Should have minimum of 1 years experience 
*Should be able to work in a team.
*Should have knowledge in cutting and chopping.

Assistant Chinese Cook


Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.


* To clean all types of utensils & Equipment.
*­ To maintain Hygiene in the kitchen.
* To help the commis according to the guidelines of Head cook.
* Responsible for cutting & chopping for Chinese dishes.

*Should have minimum of 1 years experience 
*Should be able to work in a team.
