Contract Administrator for Indonesia and South Korea

Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.

Will be required to work as  Contract Administrator -cum- Coordinator  in support of Geothermal Power Plant in Indonesia. Min total exp  7 years, including min 2  years in the Gulf or S.E. countries in similar job.

Shall possess the below experience :-

• Min 3 yeas exp as member of Project Managment Team at Power Plant or Electrical construction sites.
• Thorough knowledge of implementation of the contracts & coordination with the owner.
• Good understanding of all matters relatig to the construction contract claims.
• Excellent official letter writing skill in English.
• Clarifying to the management the contents of the project owners' letter or comments on contract conditions
• Preparing and modifying contract claim letter(s)
• List-up documents relating to the claim.

Salary USD 2000 to 2500, as per exp. Shall work for abt 6 months each in S.korea & Indonesia. In Korea food & tpt allowance extra. In Indoneisa free food, free single status accommo, med & tpt Staff Status. 1 year contract . FREE Recruitment

B.A L.L.B  or  Construction Contract Management Specialist with over 7 years exp, including 3 years exp in the Gulf or S.E Asia. 

A degree holder in the relevant field (Law, or Management)

At least 3 year experience of project management in construction

(Implementation of the contract, coordination with the owner)

Good understanding in the construction contract claim, especially

official letter writing skill

Proficient in MS office

Good English. Computer Skills
