I GET U Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is looking for experienced HR Generalist (Recruitment and Training) to work in Afghanistan for its Visakhapatnam based client.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Power Utility and worked in reputed organizations.

Skills: 

• Assist and monitor payroll process & compensation benefits
• Advise on benefits, computation and disbursement methods
• Compliance to the statutory requirements and necessary course of action / intervention for deviation and monitoring
• Assist in developing skill matrix of the organization and developing the training needs
• Prepare a comprehensive training calendar
• Designing and implementing effective training evaluation mechanism
