International School Seychelles is seeking to recruit a Secondary Mathematics specialist with proven experience of high levels of success teaching IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics. Strengths in delivering Mechanics and/or Statistics units an advantage.
ISS delivers a British-based education to over 670 students from nearly 40 countries. There is a wide range of abilities amongst the students and there is a significant proportion of ESL learners, but expectations for examination success are high.
Native spreaders of English with at least a B.Ed or Bachelors degree and PGCE specialising in Mathematics teaching as well as contemporary experience of the National Curriculum for England, including teaching, assessment and reporting methodologies are invited to apply for this post.
Gross salary range Sr 27,000 - sr 35,000 per month (taxable at 15%); Housing (provided, or Sr10,000 [single]/sr12,000 [family] per month); Flight at start and end of contract; 100kg belongings shipment allowance; Medical insurance; End-of-contract gratuity
