Mechanical Maintenance Manger: 

• Delivering a safe mechanical engineering function in accordance with maintenance policies, procedures and standards inclusive of monitoring adherence to these.

• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, objectives and regulations and the commitment to achieving Zero harm through safe behaviours.

• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, objectives and regulations through appropriate behaviours. 

• Actively engage in investigations HSE incidents in the roles technical area of responsibility. 

• Ensure mechanical maintenance personnel check all the safety items. 

• The role supervises other employees directly and indirectly within a task environment. 

• Identify report and investigate incidents and hazards within established systems. 

• Respond to emergency situations using established procedures. 

• Assure all mechanical installation, structures and services and services are according to standards. 

• Ensures that all mechanical maintenance activities comply with quality system documentation, policies and procedures and the Company standards. 

• Assist in the development of Policy, Procedures and Standards in the pursuit of Maintenance Excellence. 

• Implementation of Preventive maintenance schedule

• Maintaining of History cards for the machineries

• Liaison with OEM / Service Engineer

• Ensuring effective Housekeeping in Machinery Spaces

• Liaison with the Procurement section.

Mechanical Engineer & Technician:  

• Support maintenance manager for the above roles and responsibilities 

Electrical Engineer

• Having adequate knowledge on Electrical systems and its Equipments Operation principle.

• Knowing about Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Predictive maintenance etc.,

• Gone through the O & M manuals, Circuit diagrams etc., and know about to get the details in case of requirement.

• Maintenance of all Maintenance records and Prediction on the healthy of Machinery from the recordings and PM checklist.
• Coordination and Execution of Major Maintenance works, Shutdown works, Project works and Troubleshooting works. 

• Knowledge on the critical spares requirement at site and on the Preservation of Materials at site.

• Awareness on the Emergency plans and following the works as per Electrical safety norms. 

Electrical Technician: 

• Knowing Basic knowledge and Principles on Electrical systems and its Equipments

• Having knowledge about carrying out PM checks and Troubleshooting works.

• Able to read Electrical O & M manuals and Electrical Circuit drawings.

• Maintenance of all the Records related to day to day works and Where to look out for details in case of Requirement.

• Executing all Maintenance works with adequate Tools, Spares, Consumables and maintaining with Good housekeeping. 

• Involvement during the Major Maintenance works, Shutdown works, Project works and Troubleshooting works. 

• Maintaining the Equipments in healthy and keeping Personnel safety by following good work practice

E&I Engineer 

• Having adequate knowledge on control & instrumentation systems and its Equipments' Operation principle.

• Knowledge on calibration of all C&I Equipment.

• Knowledge about Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Predictive maintenance & improvement plan after analysis of Mean time between failure (MTBF) & Mean time to repair (MTTR).

• Having knowledge about P&ID, control logic, O & M manuals, Circuit diagrams.

• Analysis of all Maintenance records and Prediction on the health of Control & Instrumentation equipment from the recordings and PM checklist.

• Coordination and Execution of Major Maintenance works, Shutdown works, calibration and Troubleshooting works. 

• Knowledge on the critical spares requirement at site & action plan to maintain the critical spare stock all time at site.

• Knowledge on trouble shooting of PLC/SCADA hardware & software part.

• Preparation & implementation of DO, S & DONT, S for all control & instrumentation equipment.

• Maintaining of all OEM manual, PLC/SCADA software, P&ID, data sheet & hardware wiring diagram at site.

Instrument Technician 

• Basic knowledge and Principles on control & instrumentation systems and its Equipment.

• Having knowledge about carrying out PM checklist and basic troubleshooting works.

• Able to understand control & instrumentation Circuit drawings & hardware wiring.

• Knowledge about calibration of C&I equipment.

• Maintenance of all the Records related to day to day preventive maintenance & trouble shooting work.

• Executing all Maintenance works with adequate Tools, Spares, Consumables and maintaining with Good housekeeping. 

• Involvement during the Major Maintenance works, Shutdown works, and Troubleshooting works. 

• Keeping all the required maintenance & trouble shooting tools at site in a secure & safe condition.

• Knowledge on trouble shooting of PLC/SCADA hardware & software part.

• Maintaining the Equipments in healthy and keeping Personnel safety by following good work practice.

Process Engineer 

• Knowledge on the Technology of STP

BE / B. Tech (Mechanical Engg) with 10-15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance activities of STP based pumping station 

Mechanical Engineer 

BE (Mechanical Engg) with 7 - 10 years of experience in handling mechanical maintenance activities of STP pumping station 

Mechanical Technician 

Diploma or ITI with  4 - 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance activities

Electrical Engineer

BE (Electrical Engg) with 7 - 10 years of experience in handling electrical maintenance activities of STP pumping station getting operated through SCADA / PLC

Electrical Technician 

Diploma or ITI with 4 - 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance activities

E&I Engineer

BE (Instrumentation & Control Engg) with 7 - 10 years of experience in handling instrumentation related activities of STP pumping station getting operated through SCADA / PLC

Instrument Technician 

Diploma or ITI with 4 - 6 years of experience in instrument related activities

Process Engineer

BE (Chemical Engg) with 7 - 10 years of experience in handling STP process activities

Process Operator / Shift Incharge

Diploma in Chemical Engg with 4 - 6 years of experience in handling STP process 

For all positions Good communication in English, Operating Knowledge of Computer, ERP knowledge will be added advantage.
