Safety Supervisor


Role Purpose:
Implements the zero accident principal; and ensure all preventives actions are taken to prevent property and human loss
Key Accountabilities
Provides direction to the facilities accident prevention program
Participate in studies and analyses related to industrial accidents and employee’s health safety
Provides orientation to the new employees for induction purposes
Maintains data records and reports as needed on a timely basis
Performs training on how to act during incidents (Fire drill)
Ensures that all safety indicators are installed
Ensures that scaffolding used is suitable in terms of size, weight, and design in order to ensure safety
Qualifications:
  • Technical Diploma or collage graduate in related field.
Experience,
  • 1-3 years training or work experience in related field.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from the quality of work.
  • Dependable and able to act with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong researching skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate.

HSE Officer


Role Purpose:
  • Conduct daily Safety inspection and ensure that Safety Procedures are enforced and daily Visit the work site and give awareness about all Health & Safety to all employees.
      Conducting planned inspections, and correcting any unsafe act that they observe.
      Report any abnormality or dangerous conditions immediately.
      Monitor all daily operational functions.
  1. Must prepare the report concerning the following areas :
  •             (1) Personnel Non-Conformities both technical & administrative.
  •             (2) Equipment failures and problems.
  •             (3) Safety breaches.
  •             (4) Process Problems & Emergencies.
Raise awareness of Health and Safety to all through guidance and practical advice.
Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma ( 2 years )  in health and safety
Experience,
  • 2-3 years work experience in health and safety
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate.
