- Set Sales Personnel Objectives & Targets by conducting daily sales meeting.
- Monitor & Manage Sales Personnel activity on a daily basis.
- Mentor, Coach and train Sales team to maximize profitable sales.
- Report to the Operational Manager on Sales Personnel activities and institute corrective measures/Actions.
- Resolve Sales Personnel Issues in Coordination with the Operational Manager.
- Continually Improve Sales Processes and tactics through innovative ideas and strategies.
- Maintain close ties with key Account Strategies & tactics.
- Report twice weekly with a sales report on activities undertaken with feedback from key accounts.
- Explore the market dynamics and market approach and methods.
- Inquire, Probe and Explore for information on Competitive products.
- Provide input to personnel safety strategies, tactics and etiquette.
- The driving and acknowledgement of agreed Key Performance Indicators(Focus on volume margin and growth) monitoring the works of the sales team and encouraging them to meet the sales targets.
- Creating the sales forecast, monthly as well as expenses for new strategies.
- Compiling and analyzing the sales figures through consolidated reports.
- Organizing sales conferences to introduce the implementation of the idea through the products.
- Conducting sales staff appraisals bi annually for company objective analysis.
