Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
- To ensure that the Kitchen restaurant is running smoothly.
- Menu Planning.
- Should have complete knowledge of Continental kitchen.
- To supervise the commis.
- To ensure that the hygine standards are maintained by the commis.
- Should be a Good team player.
- To make out daily requisitions for the supplies needed with the approval.
- To examine foodstuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet, established standards and specifications.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have a pleasing personality.
- Should be ready to take up responsibilities.
- To be highly creative and resourceful to combine new ingredients with available resources to develop special menus.
- To develop and implement procedures, control systems for maintaining hygiene and quality standards ensuring profitability of operations.
