Senior Lawyer for Singapore

Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.

Report to and take instructions from the Head of Singapore Office, the Partners, and any supervising lawyer

Provide legal advice on different aspects of major projects from structuring investments, negotiating project agreements, construction contracts and financing;
Directly deal with clients, manage matters from initiation to closure and coordinate with legal staff in order to ensure high quality service
Leverage your experience in marketing and business development to ensure the growth and strength of the business and participate actively in the Firms business development efforts, in line with the strategies and business plans approved by the Board
Peer review the work of other lawyers and provide constructive feedback as necessary
Provide leadership and coaching to junior lawyers and other legal staff
Participate in knowledge management, professional development, and Firm administrative activities

Enthusiastic, experienced and capable individuals with English Law project-finance expertise and Southeast Asia experience to join the international projects team in Singapore to, among other things, provide senior support on major cross border projects.
