Electrical Manager for Algeria

Some of the basic activities to be performed include:

  • Certify Contractors compliance with Specifications for issuance of the different Certificates
  • Coordinate the implementation of the project according to Overall Project Schedule
  • Review and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations by Contractors during execution of work
  • Assist OWNER in determining date for issuance of the "Installation NTP" and "Performance Test NTP"
  • Assist OWNER with contractual correspondence to Contractors and other agencies and authorities as may be necessary
  • Assist OWNER in the settlement of claims, disputes and rates for "Change Orders" and in the interpretation of various terms and conditions of contracts
  • Advise OWNER in relation to variations from contract specifications under each EPC Contract and the acceptability thereof
  • Assist OWNER in reviewing and monitoring performance by the Contractors, and otherwise closing EPC Contracts
  • Scrutinize progress payment and final bills, and recommend for payment according to the provisions of the EPC Contracts
  • Analyze extra item rates
  • Assist in settlement of claims and disputes raised by Contractors
  • Coordinate construction activities amongst various Contractors and agencies.
  • Review design variations proposed by the Contractors
  • Review design modifications proposed by the Contractors (ERT).
  • Review the basic design and suggest modifications and approve modified design/drawings by OEM
  • Review and approve compliance by the Contractors with the requirements for the issuance of any certification by OWNER under each EPC Contracts
