Looking for a professional experienced in Employee Engagement Executive/Coordinator
Ability to create a fun work environment and positive culture that reinforces our companys core values and performance driven mentality.
Work to design write and produce internal communications, events and program materials including newsletters, emails, daily motivational one-liners etc
Assist in the development and implementation of employee contests and programs to achieve desired engagement.
Organize various events indoor/outdoor events to keep the zeal of the employees high to motivate towards reaching the goal of the organization.
Participate in developing a comprehensive communications strategy for all initiatives
Use data to identify and analyze operational challenges related to the workforce and to develop solutions consistent with business realities.
Create a platform/event where employees get an opportunity to have quality time with the management to express their issues/concerns.
Connect with employees at various levels to understand and act for various employee engagement activities.
Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement.
Provide suggestions for companys reward, recognition and compensation systems.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelors/Masters in HR,Employee relations etc.
3-5 years of experience in HR-Employee Engagement role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to articulate information and concepts convincingly and clearly.
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
