Multiple HR Vacancies in Al Muhadib Contracting Company, Saudi Arabia

    Manpower planner : 
    Maintain organization manual, JDs and JFs, and manage organization change process(e.g., review business case for organization changes) 
    Assess new jobs and provide recommendations for organization changes 
    Determine manpower requirements based on the expected pipeline of projects from Commercial and Technical Support unit and BUs
    Prepare a consolidated annual manpower plan
    Coordinate with the Recruiting team to ensure manpower levels as per plan
    Update and maintain manpower levels based on recruitment, termination, transfers and changes in projects requirements
    Conduct manpower productivity analyses against targets and take corrective measures 
    Prepare and coordinate with the management team the manpower planning to determine the organizations short term & long-term staffing needs
    Determine workload drivers for each position and assess workload values 
    Ensure that all departmental and projects organizational charts are maintained and updated and that they reflect the current manning status
    Support assessment of business case for organizational changes 
    Conduct productivity analysis by project 
    Ensure manpower are properly allocate across projects in order to improve productivity
    Ensure mobilization, and demobilization in an optimum and cost-effective manner in compliance with various projects' manning schedules

    HR Specialist : 
    Maintain database and documentation for all employees
    Prepare reports on recruitment, compensation, personal affairs activities and related costs 
    Provide inputs to improve unit-related processes 
    Support implementation / maintenance / update of HRMIS 
    Coordinate cross-unit activities and ensure timely execution 

    Compensation & Benefit Specialist:
     

    Maintain database of AMC compensation policies and strategy 
    Maintain and review grading structure 
    Analyze market pay trends, and prepare report for management 
    Ensure ERP is properly updated with grading and compensation data
    Draft job offers and contracts and ensure compliance with the AMC policies
