Lab Technician Qualification : Diploma Experience : should have minimum 3-4 years experience in related field. Truck Mechanic   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTY : Ensure safe workings practices are followed in the workshop are and Company HSMS is strictly followed in the work space. Utilize available specialized tools that will determine maintenance and repairs are performed safely and efficiently. Knowledge of the practical designed application for the machinery and equipment. This includes repairs, maintenance and tools required. Efficiently analyzing and diagnoses of faults reported by the operators and choose the best solution to solve the problem. Determining causes for operating errors and deciding solution to resolve it. Report to workshop supervisor required repairs to ensure the equipment will be in a safe, efficient operational condition. Dismantle machinery and equipment to repair and overhaul, remove parts clean and examine for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. Replace any nonserviceable parts, reassemble of machinery and equipment after inspection, repairs, and check operation of the machinery and equipment. Performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment and determine what kind of maintenance is required at the specified period as per the service schedule by the Workshop Supervisor / Manager. Clean, lubricate, inspect and carry out any adjustments as per manufactures recommendation and follow service check list. Check gauges, dials and any other indicators to ensure machinery and equipment are operating correctly. Report any faults found to the workshop supervisor. Attend to machinery and equipment malfunctions outside the normal workshop condition. Correct tool, spare parts and required containers to retain any fluids that could leak during repairs, are to be taken to site. Maintains appropriate inspection, service report and repair records which will added to the machinery and equipment service and repair records. Assist in other workshop activities; act as a back up to other facilities employees and to be a team member. Share knowledge and experience with others to help the efficient operation of the workshop. Shipper Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Secondary Education or equivalent Minimum 1 year of work experience as Shipper / Dispatcher preferably in readymix business Knowledge of English language Knowledge of Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage Knowledge of computer use Knowledge of readymix business Knowledge of concrete production and dispatching process Responsibilities: Receive customer orders. Prioritize customer requirements. Schedule concrete delivery as per customer requirements. Coordinate with customer concrete delivery. Give customer orders to the batching plant operator. Report schedule to Plant Supervisor and/or Production Supervisor. Prepare daily schedule of concrete supply. Give instructions to drivers regarding site location. Report daily production and delivery / supply amount. Follow all safety rules while on the job. Principal interfaces: Plant Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, Batching Plant Operator, Plant Operator In Charge, Area In Charge. Competency requirements: Team player (works well with others and is able to collaborate across functions). Meet customer needs cost-effectively and in line with standards. Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and other company employees (batchers, operations personnel, drivers). Customer service mindset. Proactive, positive and enthusiastic. Mixer Truck Driver Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Secondary Education or equivalent Heavy Duty Driving Licence Minimum 3 years of work experience as Heavy Duty Driver Assessed as competent by an internal driving assessor Knowledge of English language Knowledge of Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage Knowledge of readymix business and concrete production Knowledge of basic mechanic and hydraulic processes Responsibilities: Attend the pre ship tool box talks scheduled on time. Responsible for keeping truck clean and tidy. Responsible for reaching on time to sites in a safe way. Follow driving promise statement to carry on the work in a professional way. Conduct an equipment daily routine check prior to duty. Log the Driver duty time sheet (site, time to reach on site, quantity loaded, etc.) Responsible for reporting to the Plant Operator or Supervisor all the defects found in the truck. Follow construction / job site rules. Responsible for conducting a site checks for hazards. Responsible to keep the rpm of the ball drum as per the technical specifications and keep the quality of the concrete until customer delivery reach on site. Follows all safety rules while on the job. Reports minor accidents promptly and corrects minor safety hazards. Communicates with management regarding any hazards identified in the workplace.
