To ensure staff in Poultry Division are constantly equipped with the required skills, knowledge and right attitude to support the company business objectives and its commitment to product quality , service excellence and operational efficiency by ensuring , Training Needs Assessment , Training Plan, Training Delivery, Training Evaluations and Training Audits are conducted to training policies and procedures.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
Success Indicators
1. Ensure training needs analysis are conducted in the organization to ensure person- specific training needs are identified.
2. Ensure all employees have an ITP to ensure identified training needs are formulated into training plan.
3. Ensure planned external & internal training programs are executed.
4. Ensure the development of competency based training curriculum for jobs to guide training staff in identifying training needs & development.
5. Ensure proper induction of new joining employees to the organization.
6. Develop an accurate training budget that addresses all identified training needs.
7. Conduct training audits across the division .
8. Design training programs to the competencies identified in the job curriculum
9. Ensure all internal and external conducted programs are evaluated at reaction & learning levels and reported.
Job Dimensions
1. Responsible for 1000-1500 employees in the organization working in the Processing Plant & Sales depots.
2. Responsible to manager 1.3 to 1.5 million riyals of training budget.
3. Responsible for up to 200-500 employees working in Sales Regions and in 20-30 Sales Depots.
4. Responsible for training logistics, cooks, delivery drivers, cleaners & security guards and other support services employees.
5. Responsible to give training services to, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Operations, IT, Engineering , Admin, HR, Finance, HSS, Projects etc
8+ years training experience in FMCG / food Industry environment
Proven track record in Coaching / on-the-job training/ Performance Management
