Managing display guidelines and norms for Stores across GCC
Handling a VM Team
Conceptualizing, designing and implementing window and in store displays for stores maximize the store space and appeal to the senses of target customers to maximize sales.
Managing display guidelines and norms for Stores across GCC .
Constantly meet VM timeliness for display, promotions and EOSS within the financial plan.
Monitor and audit stores on schedule to ensure adherence of VM guidelines in all stores.
Lead the VM effort that is focused towards store walk ins, inspirational shopping experience and subsequent sale conversions.
Lead team to ensure smooth workflow of all VM related activities of the brand and implement appropriate control.
