Food & Beverage Controller in Chowking Middle East, Dubai

Experience: 4 - 9 yrs
    1. JOB OBJECTIVE

    Prepares, audits, Analyzes, Consolidates & reports all costs & pricing related to Food, Paper & packaging & operational supplies (Cleaning consumables and material) 

    2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    3.1 Reviews and checks the monthly costing of products for commissary and stores.
    3.2 Makes recommendations as to pricing, yield, portioning, and other matters related to production to his manager. 

    3.3 Reports on a monthly basis: 
    Product Profit Analysis
    Sales and Profit Analysis
    Cost Variance Analysis

    3.4 Reviews and analyzes the monthly reports and purchase prices of Commissary.

    3.5 Reviews and analyzes Commissary Item and Inventory of recipes on a quarterly basis or as & when required.

    3.7 Prepares and submits the cost of sales percentage against the Income Statement of commissary and stores every month taking note of the causes of variances.

    3.8 Suggests new systems and procedures to minimize variances when the need arises.


    3.9 Reviews and prepares the costing of Research and Developments new and re-engineered products when the need arises.

    3.10 Ensures that the monthly ending inventory is properly conducted by coordinating smoothly with all parties concerned in consultation with his supervisor.

    3.11 Configuration, report generation and effective management of the software towards ensuring data integrity & accuracy
