    Position: Payroll & MIS Officer

    Job Description:
    Implement and control the attendance tracking system; run attendance reports for each staff on a weekly basis; liaise with the line Manager to counsel the defaulters; apprise the HR head about constant defaulters and issue warning letters; help staff to regularize their absence if genuine; implement and control system of tardiness deduction through payroll; track complete employee information in ERP and in excel; dedicate employee numbers and manage the personnel module of the ERP; In charge of the HRIS; manage leave (all types); deductions and adjustment; loans & final settlements.
    Graduate in Commerce stream with additional diploma in Pers. Management; 100% adept with ERP & Tally; hands on in MS office; good communication and presentation skills; flexible and out of the box thinker.
    Any industry. Experience 7-8 Years.
