- 1. 10+ years experience in SAP consultancy and/or development.
2. The main responsibility is to study the existing HR applications and suggest rationalization of the applications in terms of future roadmap and revamp the existing system.
3. Knowledge of SAP HR Data Structure (info types) and ability to investigate using the ABAP workbench
4. Cross functional review of the IT HR landscape, fit/gap assessment across all HR functional domains and solution design for major global projects, process improvements and support.
