To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Creating demand for the product / service in the market which will generate an increase in the company’s sales and in turn, provide the necessary revenue and profit for the company.
Develop marketing strategy in line with brand objective and organization objective including details of campaigns, advertisements, events etc by gathering and analysing market place events data, new product launch data, sales trends which will enable AWR Lifestyle to meet the strategic sales targets set for the year.
Determine, manage and monitor the marketing spend versus the budget so that the anticipated revenues per spending area are realized and areas of unrealized spending are identified and corrected in a timely basis and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon. Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
Develop launch plans and programs as desired by the principals in co-ordination with them by acquiring complete know how and integrating the branding needs so as to achieve targeted sales objectives.
Conduct market research to develop product and media buying strategies for each brand based on market segmentation, brand positioning, and advertising strategy.
Maintain relationship with principal and ensure that the brand guidelines are followed. Monitor brand performance and work closely with the Line Manager to ensure the overall brand image and performance is consistent.
Manage the social media presence of brands and ascertaining the right partners/socialites to promote the brand.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Manage all aspects of print production, receipts and distribution.
Develop relationship with various media source and with leading magazines/newspapers.
Liaise with media, advertising, Event owners etc to ensure timely launch of campaigns and promotions
Oversee content production (adverts, videos, social media and online PR stunts).
Arrange press conferences and events for lifestyle stores and brands and managing social media campaigns.
Manage all required approvals from malls for all marketing events and PR activities.
Ensure effective budget allocation towards marketing and provide monthly reports on spending and ROI
Act as a key contact for reporting of PR coverage to the team.
