• Provide Production Engineering support.
• Resourcew will review and provide supportability recommendations on business requirements documents, functional and technical specs, and test plans.
• UAT deployment and support will be provided.
• Creation of Support documentation and training of tier 1 2 staff will be completed by these resources.
• Production deployment and Tier 3 production support
• Experience : 2 to 6 years
