Training Coordinator for UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman

Training yard /onsite supervision Day to day supervision of personnel involved in the project
Onsite/training yard planning and execution of training
Ensuring productivity measurement on site
Responsible for creating batch, issuing daily calendar, pre and post assessment tracker, finalizing grade based on the total scores obtained.
Consolidating reports received from trainers and send daily/weekly/monthly snapshots to the management with interpretation
Create daily detailed report and weekly dashboard on training and productivity
All training related trackers and data to be available at any given point of time
Supervise the delivery and distribution of materials onsite
Maintain stationaries, materials and equipment
Liaise with the head office/management regarding client requirement.

Education: Any bachelors degree
Experience: 3- 10 years /construction background preferred
Skillset and personal quality: 

Good in MS Excel
Good communication skills
Should be Aggressive
Eye to Detail
Right attitude
