- CONTROL FOOD STOCK COST IN HIS SECTION
- SHOULD HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CHEFS TRAINING COURSE AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY WITH CULINARY SKILLS.
- SUPERVISE, CO-ORDINATES ANS ALSO PARTICIPATES IN ACTIVITIES OF COOKS
- RECEIVES AND EXAMINES FOOD STUFFS, COOK OR OTHERWISE PREPARES FOOD ACCORDING TO RECIPE, MAY MAINTAIN TIME PAYROLL RECORDS
- SUPERVISE KITCHEN STAFF, PLANS MENU, PURCHASES FOODSTUFFS, MAY BE DESIGNATED ACCORDING TO CUISINE SPECIALLY AS CHEF, ARABIC TRADITIONAL FOOD, ETC.
- SHOULD HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CHEF TRAINING COURSE
- 3+ years experience
