- Job Profile :
- Work with suspension components (coil spring, shock absorber, leaf spring, gas springs) manufacturer towards design improvement of these components using Simulation Driven approach (MBD and CAE).
- Perform system level studies for Vehicle dynamics characterization and suggest the improvements in suspension system designs towards better system behavior.
- Design of seals/valves for the gas springs and shock absorbers.
- B. Tech /M. Tech from prestigious institute.
- 4 10 years of experience in the suspension field towards CAE/Design of leaf springs, parabolic springs, & shock absorbers.
- Hands-on experience of MBD (preference Motion-solve) and CAE tools (preference Hyper-works).
- Vehicle Dynamics Expertise and understanding of role of suspension towards that.
- Thorough understanding of shock absorber valve mechanism and gas-spring seals.
