Business Development Manager for UAE

Any Nationality

•Accountable for selling and promoting Filters Aftermarket/ products in the respective market region
•Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible. 
•Develop and implement an Aftermarket strategy to maximise Filters install base in region.
•Co Ordinate with Field Service Engineers in Europe and locally in Middle East to win maintenance contracts of Filters install base.
•Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements. Resolve customer complaints if they arise.
•Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
•Achieve Annual Sale Budget Targets on given product lines 
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
•Evaluate and determine optimum route to market for Filters, including pricing and marketing strategy along with identification of suitable partnership companies to sell product. 
•Investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer problems related to product, technical and engineering points and delivery or service.
•Develop and maintain a working relationship with Application Engineering and support them as required in order to prepare and present quotation to customers in a timely and professional manner.
•Prepare sales presentations and supports in preparing contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.


SKILLS

•Strong engineering knowledge to provide technical solution to customers
•Ability to respond to sales or engineering related inquiries or complaints from customers.
•Good team management & leadership skills
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and Legal documents. 
•English proficiency to fluent level. Arabic is added advantage
•Strong communication & negotiation skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production) and three years related experience.
•Experience in Oil & Gas Market 
•Experience of Aftermarket & End User Sales required, 
•Relevant experience in Filtration Industry 
•Relevant experience Oil & Gas Aftermarket selling
