Regional Sales Manager for UAE

Any Nationality

•Owns the relation to all customers or potential customers in his/her region, and provides general information especially to potential customers.
•Is responsible for the selection and management of distribution partners, in co-operation with the Business Manager including preparation of the distribution agreement in line with the applicable commercial guidelines.
•Owns the strategic planning for his region, the sales budget planning and the sales and profit target achievement for the territory in line with the Company’s regional and global financial targets.
•Approves special terms requests in line with the applicable commercial guideline.
•Assures timely responses, either from him/herself or from distribution partners.
•Strategic planning of and active participation in the Company sales and marketing activities within the MEA region.
•Selection and management of the Company distribution partners in MEA.
•Sales calls and presentations to customers.
•Identification and follow-up of sales opportunities.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

•An Engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in industrial field sales. 
•Experience in Chemical and petrochemical industries will be a plus. 

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

•Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, planning skills and presentation skills. 
•Must be able to travel and train in the United States.
•Selling and relationship skills. 
•Willingness to travel, including 50% overnight stay.
