• Manual and Electronic filing of all department related documents, reports, certification package of diving equipment etc.
• Ensures proper document classification, sorting, labeling, filing, distribution and archiving
• Maintain updated data entry registration and calendars
• Perform office related tasks such as handling telephone calls, respond to emails, creating memos and other paperwork
• Maintain office supplies
• Provide administrative support to department and project sites
• Perform necessary coordination within/inter department and project sites
• Attend to meetings and audits
• Bachelor Degree
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
• Good command in English and Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and can work with less / without supervision
• Having work experience in other Diving Company / Department is an advantage
