Centre Head for Aptech Limited in Costa Rica / Dominica




      Contract Duration: 2 years

      Primary Responsibility: Responsible for successful operation of IT centre for training local students
      o Manage the daily running of the centre operations
      o Work with local University partner to generate enrollments, including conducting technical seminars and creating a communication plan
      o Support in implementing the marketing and promotional strategy for the centre
      o Manage the team of trainers at the centre
      o Regular monitoring of progress of all batches as per defined schedule
      o Submit periodic reports regularly on centre operations 
      o Coordinate with offshore Aptech team for scheduling, planning, execution and reporting 
      o Coordinate with offshore Aptech team in giving technical support to the centre for organizing Events, Seminars and sending feedback of the same to offshore Aptech team
      o Communicate, implement and ensure compliance of all Aptech policies to the center

      Secondary Responsibility: Handle sales for Aptech in Latin America region

      o Search and sign-up new authorized training partners for Aptech's IT and other training products
      o Develop marketing and communication plan and implement the same with support from offshore Aptech team
      o Network with local governments, business associations, trade bodies, educational institutions to generate enquiries and also source institutional training/assessment orders for Aptech
