- APTECH AFGHANISTAN is a reputed business partner of APTECH Ltd., India require Senior Consultant Trainers for E-Governance, Project Management. The training will be delivered to senior Govt. Ministry officials. The modules on which the training has to be delivered are as follows:

4. Establishing and managing IT Infrastructure or e-governance,
5. Proposal Writing, Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI), 6. RFP writing skills, Governance and IT project management in 7. Prince 2, COBIT AND ITIL Framework
8. Leadership and Human Capital Management
9. Change Management ,Project management and Technology Management
10. Business Process Re-Engineering
11. Information Resources Strategy and Planning

5. Proposal Writing, Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI), 6. RFP writing skills, Governance and IT project management in 7. Prince 2, COBIT AND ITIL Framework

The trainer should have experience in conducting training on minimum 7 modules mentioned above.
A Technical Test and Interview will be conducted in Delhi, India.
- This is a 3 months contractual assignment and is very much expected to extend as many more training projects are in pipe-line. An ideal candidate would be a B.E + MBA with e-governance projects exposure preferably in public sector / Govt. organisation.
An ideal candidate would be a senior project management trainer with exposure of training on atleast 7 modules as stated below.
Mobile governance, e-governance strategy and implementation, IT Project Management. Business Process Re-Engineering, Information Resources Strategy and Planning, Establishing and managing IT Infrastructure or e-governance, Proposal Writing, Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI), RFP writing skills, Governance and IT project management in Prince 2, COBIT AND ITIL Framework, Leadership and Human Capital Management.
