Budgeting :
Preparation of Group Budgets mainly Sales Budget, Purchase Budget and Inventory Budget,involve yourself with respective Products heads and Operations heads in preparing these budgets.
Preparation of Monthly Management Reports for the Group Operation with respect to Budget Vs. Actual in Sales Budgets, Purchase budgets and Inventory budgets .This reports should follow up with a Variance report in details, so as to take up corrective actions if required


Supply Chain Management :
-To be involved in the Team of Category Database Management.
-To be Part of the Supply Chain Management Team to get the Demand Planning and Distributions right.
-Inventory and timely management reporting for the Group like Stock Reports, Category-wise Movement reports.
-Identification of Slow and Non Moving stock
-Preparing, reviewing and analysis of Performance Reports with relevance to KPI., The Review of KPIs with the standards and give and exception report to highlight the issues to be addressed to with respect to various Category budgets.
-Involving in preparing of Matrix and other spread sheets for the Distribution of Goods and when required.


Pricing and Costing:
-To Maintain the Group Price & Cost Sheet of all the Products.
-To be Active and Alert in Prompting any change in the Cost Variables and take immediate Measures to have the expected returns on all times. So need to have Timely updates of all Variables in the Groups Cost Sheet
-To Act and React to Market forces in Preparations of Price & Cost Sheets. So involving with Sales Team and Markets are essential.
-Monthly Variance Reports on Price and Cost against the Budgets need to be prepared and reviewed. In case a suitable action is required it has be attended Promptly.
To be a Qualified CA ,ICMA or CIMA
-To have a Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Field of Management Reporting in Big Industrial or Commercial Houses.
-To be Self-Motivated Person
-Ready to Relocate to Singapore,
