IT Supervisor for Larsen & Toubro Limited, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an IT Supervisor for Larsen & Toubro Limited, in their Shared Services Centre located at Pune, details given below :

Qualification : MSc/MCA

Experience : 2 to 7 years with IT Proficiency and networking, Working knowledge of networking, langueates, database, SAP Functional knowledge

Job profile :

Primary :

Take care of IT infrastructure, Info.Security (ISO 27001), IT support to all Operation teams, SAP functional support, VIM implementation, Managing in-house developed portals.

Secondary :

Vendor Master activities, IT procurements, Network monitoring, BPM maintenance & Support.

Department activities :

• Primary responsibility for timely support of all IT Services for the Operation teams with the latest technology
• Application maintenance & enhancements (EBC, TEMS, iTEMS, BPM, DMS, etc.)
• Application support to Operation teams and analytical report development using software tools for SSC (Tools like Toad, Crystal Report, SQL, Server Reporting Services)
• Implementation & maintenance of Information Security
• Monitoring & maintenance of LAN/WAN connectivity of SSC
• Support & maintenance of all local servers, desktops/laptops, network connectivity & local network switches.  Maintaining all IT related peripherals & software
• Change Management & co-ordination with ECC-ISD team for development of SSC core applications
• Development, implementation & maintenance of all in-house & third party applications
• Implementation & roll-out of projects
• Ensuring & monitoring of proper IT budget
