Contract Duration: Short Term - 6 Months

Job Description:
Educational Qualification:
* HND in Mechanical discipline or standards based qualification.
* Must be proficient in English (IELTS 8 Equivalent)
*  Must be fully aware of safety aspects of working in a petrochemical industry.
*  Must be fully aware of quality systems and can perform regular audits to convince the company that he complies with it.
* Candidate must have more than 10 years experience in maintenance work preferably mechanical in the petrochemical or petroleum refining industry of which at least 10 years as supervisor, and 5 years as superintendent.
* Responsible for managing a plant area within the contractor's area of responsibility ensuring that work is being planned and executed in a safe and efficient manner to meet the TA schedule and work standards.
* Key role is leadership superintendent must have a proven track record on delivering productivity within his given area of responsibility & organizing supervisors & manpower up to 250 men.
* Must be able to plan associated activities, and acquire the resources to mobilize all required personnel and equipment on time.
* Must be able to organize the material and equipment for his job.
* Must be familiar with different process equipment, welding techniques, welding tools and equipment , testing and quality control measures.
* Must be aware of industry standards, DEP's and relevant international codes.

Salary: As per industry standards.
