- Conceptualize designing, planning and executing of visual display concepts for retail outlets.
- Work closely with other departments on visual display during product launches, product promotions and special events.
- Handling in store communication for the entire store related to upcoming promotions & offers & making sure collaterals are placed on time.
- Planning & Budgeting Planning how the promotion will be set up inside the store & handling VM expenses, making sure that expenses fall within the allocated budget
- Ensure that all visual merchandising and displays in the retail outlets are in accordance with the companys policies and guideline.
- Execute promotions strategy, seasonal changes and product launches.
- Analyze daily and weekly sale, Gross Profit, Sales Turnover and determine weekly merchandise action plans.
- Floor Staff Training Training floor staff on basic VM knowledge colour blocking, using VM material wisely, mannequin handling & upcoming trends
- Must speak good English.
- To have worked in India only.
- Worked with ERP for retail.
- Preference for someone who can join immediately.
- Must have valid passport and ready to relocate at Nigeria.
