Deputy HSE Manager for UAE

Client Profile: 

Our client, a reputed major overseas Contracting Company with HQ in Dubai are urgently requiring experienced and competent HSE Officers for their prestigious Oil & Gas Pipeline project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualification: Bachelor Engineering or equivalent with Diploma in Industrial Safety and also NEBOSH certified

Experience: Minimum 10 yrs. of experience and above as HSE Engineer in Oil & Gas sector with minimum 3 years as HSE/Dy. HSE Manager 

Specific Job Requirement: 


• Must have experience on oil & Gas (Pipelines, Piping, Well Clusters, structural) projects 
• Experience in liaising with the Client, preferably ADCO 
• Experience in managing HSE personnel on construction sites within oil and gas 
• Management of the HSE Department, day to day operations ensuring teamwork, high performance standards and targets are met
• Supervise and direct HSE professionals
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
• Investigate HSE incidents, develop root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are communicated and completed
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Remuneration: Salary as per prevailing market conditions, but subject to competence and experience as evaluated during interview plus food, single accommodation and transportation provided by company.
