- Position Overview :
- Working knowledge of quality techniques and process improvement methodologies; hands-on expertise in MS Office tools; strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Recommend the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures.
- Suggest improvement, drive and document change requirements.
- Document procedures, draw process maps and share updates across the business.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, SLA performance, etc.
- Participate and conduct meetings for the business.
- Participate and provide inputs to the HR planning process.
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided by the function.
- Monitor and prepare billing of HR services provided to the organization.
- Provide inputs and support in preparing management reports.
- Extensive experience in entire HR end to end function expert from Hire to Retire process.
- 18 - 20 + years overall experience, with at least 12 + years in the HR function.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good working knowledge of computer applications (MS Office), ERP and generic software tools/applications.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives or implementation of quality projects.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource quality techniques and process improvement methodologies; hands-on expertise in MS Office tools; strong communication and inter-personal skills.

To Bring in expert knowledge of HR to drive continuous improvements in processes, KPIs, SLAs, benchmark against industry standards and best practices; provide key insights to Senior Management into strategic decision-making; synergize deliverables across all transformation initiatives within HR.
