Technical Project Manager for USA

• Primary Skills : 
  8+ years experience with web development with ASP.NET MVC, C#, ASP.NET
• 4+ years experience with Web API or WCF services
• 8+ years experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra or Redis
• Ability to architect and deliver complex applications using Microsoft Technologies.
• Ability to work closely with clients.
• Excellent communicator

Secondary Skills:
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices such as SDLC, Agile and SCRUM for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Primary Responsibility
Responsible for managing the onsite coordination of various projects primarily in the Microsoft Technologies stack.
Co-ordinate with offshore team for all the delivery activities and acts as the escalation point for all client issues specific to projects.
Demonstrate capability in Project/ Delivery & Customer Management.
Initiating the design, development and implementation of service levels required to increase customer satisfaction and resolve business process issues for the identified customers.
Participates in Requirements elicitation for existing and new projects.
Ensure requests of clients are handled as per SLAs and with high quality.
May be involved to provide input to develop new service offerings, team restructuring to meet business requirements.

Provide management reports on assigned customers / projects.
Conduct reviews and tests as needed.
Implements relevant process to ensure software & code quality.
Timely and corrective actions or response to queries of customers and teams.
Effective resource utilization on site including manpower allocation and release, bench resource management.
Work with clients to create the roadmap for software applications.
Involvement in pre-sales for higher conversion and better billing rates. Process analysis and re-engineering.
Supports Sales and Business Development team to have successful execution of Statements of Work.
