- 1. Have a diploma from a technical college or institute.
2. Have five (5) years experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a mission critical facility.
3. Demonstrated ability to use BMS controls for troubleshooting and operating HVAC systems.
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and implement safe work procedures.
5. Ability to work from elevated heights and be certified to operate mobile lift equipment.
6. Be proficient in English and/or Arabic language to communicate with occupants or visitors.
