Welder and Electronic Technician for Saudi Arabia

Electronic Technician
    To install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot and repair electronic devices and related equipment like SMATV systems, CCTV, Intercom systems, Gate Barriers, etc. to ensure tenant safety / satisfaction, further contributing to increasing the life of the asset.

    1.  Ability to read circuit diagrams.
    2.  Responsible to build a complete electrical/electronic control box as per mentioned in supplied method sheets.
    3.  Capable for revising all electrical connections before running the unit's electrical testing.
    4.  Responsible for running electrical life test for each unit and fix and diagnostic errors before final assembly of units.
    5.  Inspect, troubleshoot, dismantle services, repair, assemble, install, connect, adjust, and test SMATV systems, gate barriers, intercom systems and CCTV camera systems in all assets.
    6.  Undertake checks on specific items of electrical equipment at an assigned location and in accordance with an established schedule and verbal instructions to ensure their correct functioning.
    7.  Ensure at the start of each working day the vehicle is equipped with the spares/materials to conduct the required task.
    8.  Coordinate with the supervisor and ensure that all new spares/materials are organized by the store or purchased directly from suppliers to ensure that the requested task is completed in a smooth and efficient and timely manner.
    9.  Efficient use of required tools and equipment to perform the necessary task and ensure that the assets are managed/services/checked delicately and in an appropriate manner.

    Welder 
      Workshop Worker Welder includes the use of hand welding or flame cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Also includes the fabrication of metal parts and components as required by the organization or client.

      Must operate safety equipment and use safe work habits while performing his job function.
      Ability to weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
      Ability to detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notifies supervisors.
      Knowledge and ability to clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
      Ability to operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, plasma arc and shielded metal arc welding.
      Knowledge of the signs associated with fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts of warping shrinking distortion and expansion of materials.
      Ability to examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straight edges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
      The setting up, and operation of hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.
      Ability to lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straight edges, combination squares, calipers and rulers.
      Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance needed.
        Accuracy of welding works for repair maintenance and manufacture.
        A sound knowledge about the safety precautions while working with welding equipment for various kinds.
        A sound knowledge about the permissible standards to be maintained for welding works.
        Ability to identify faults, the cause of the same and rectify the problem.
        Ability to work in a team made up of multiple skills and trades.
